&#XXXXX; Mission of X years ? temporary acting as brewery manager and localization of my position of Quality Assurance Manager.

&#XXXXX; Responsible for the activities of:
&#XXXXX; Progressive Quality Pillar Leader (TPM). The brewery is actually in phase of TPM (Total Productive Management) or WCOM (World Class Organization Management) deployment. As Progressive Quality Pillar Leader my key performance indicators are (Extract losses, Packaging Material losses, First Time Right specifically defined for all brewery operations). I have been trained and pass successfully Process Kaizen Engineer .
&#XXXXX; Packaging and Product Development .
&#XXXXX; improvements on existing packaging materials and process.
&#XXXXX; Entrance Quality Control on Packaging (bottles, crown corks, labels, preforms for PET, plastic caps, cartons for cluster packs and trays, plastic crates, pallets, shrink foil, stretch foil ?..). Ensuring that all activities are in line with the products specifications and integrity.
&#XXXXX; Process control an deviations.
Ensuring that daily, weekly, monthly and yearly follow up, give the line managers the right feed back in order to ensure that the actions are taken in the good direction.
&#XXXXX; Entrance Quality Control on all raw materials related to beer production and additives. Specific attention is given to product safety and integrity hence in our HACCP system the suppliers are requested to carry out specific analysis to serve this purpose. Audits of suppliers are carried out at a set frequency.
&#XXXXX; Quality assurance products and packaging. As Management Representative I am responsible for the maintenance and the improvement of the Quality System in place. We are ISO XXXX/XXXX certified and I am preparing with the departmental managers and SHE manager the certification for HACCP and ISO XXXXX.

&#XXXXX; Producing beer at the lowest possible cost and ensuring implementation of product development
&#XXXXX; Heading a team of XX in dealing with all production & technological issues from brewing up to filtration, producing Xm hectolitres annually.
&#XXXXX; Successfully restructured the department from XX to XX operators. In order to improve our productivity, using the concepts of multiskilling, multitasking and people empowerment I could decrease the personnel to XX operators and staff. This encounter in a country like France a very structured managerial approach in order to keep the people motivated and to achieve the results expected. This was a project on its own.
&#XXXXX; Pillar Leader for autonomous maintenance in production (TPM or WCOM). The brewery was on a pilot phase for this project and mostly focused on packaging. I took this opportunity to launch a XS team in brewing department. Motivation, knowledge and involvement in problem solving were the noticeable benefits after X months.

&#XXXXX; Successfully conceiving and launching two new beers (Niugini Cold, Niugini Gold) and an Alco-pop (Ozone)
&#XXXXX; Together with aroma suppliers based in Australia I developed a composed lime flavour which was the base of the Alco-pop named Ozone.
