From XX/XXXX to XX/XXXX: Oil and Gas Instrumentation Engineer.
From XX/XXXX to this day: Processing Facilities Engineer for the production division of the national oil company Sonatrach at TFT oilfield, Algeria, more precisely for the department of oil and gas exploitation at TFT. My main tasks are:
• Daily visit, diagnosis, and detecting of troubleshooting in equipments and thus finding and designing remedial solutions.
• Surveying the instrumentation equipments (pneumatic, electronic and digital control instrumentation) at the production separation facilities (oil, gas and water)
• Daily intervention on the various oil surface facilities and associated gases facilities (separator, heat exchange, stripper, scrubber, Dehydration towers)
• Dismantling, inspection and reassembly of static equipments (separators, gas-liquid and gas-gas filters, storage tanks, heaters, heat- exchanges)
• Establishment prevention’s programs for the production facilities.
• Focusing on the factors such as resources, methods, and materials that will improve key activities.
• Establishment work permit (safety instructions for any special operation or modification process)
• Pressure vessels operation for all static equipments (capacities, heat exchange, stripper, separators, scrubber, Dehydration equipments, towers of dehydration)
• Molecular sieve exchange.
• Alignment of servo control loop.
• Calibration and adjustment of control parameters and servo valves.
• Recommended the necessary exploitation equipments and corresponding spare parts
• Predict annual exploitation budget.
• Organization, manage and coordinate maintenance interventions.
