Task and Resposibilities The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and Technical Services and manage Novus Europe's Swine Product line in the following areas: o Business Development - Identify new ideas, products, services that could help building Novus portfolio in the Swine sector in relation with Global marketing, Research, Sales and Technical staffs; - Perform market research and participate in the assessment of opportunities in the area of expertise outside existing market segments and product range; - Help the Regional Sales Managers in the definition of the tactic plans and priorities in their respective areas in the Swine sector; - Develop business planning and marketing mix for Specialty products, including advertising, promotion and public relations. o Product Management - Participate to the implementation of the expand the pie Alimet/MHA strategy in conjunction with: US marketing, Novus research center in the USA, Sales Managers and Technical service for the Ruminants application; - Organize the launch of new products and set up the trainings that are required for product launch et development and merchandising of trial results; - Determine product pricing based on standard cost, volume, country and competitors. Manage prices with the Regional Sales Managers; - Help the Sales organization and Marketing Management to build their budget that is presented to company management; - Participate in Swine and Organic Acids WW Team. o Communication - Together with Marketing and Communication Manager, develop the communication plan for the Swine product line; - Help Marketing et Communication Manager to prepare customized sales material needed by the sales organization; - Participate to local symposium organization/trade shows with local Sales Managers. o Registration - Define priorities for registration together with Regional Sales Managers; - In conjunction with the registration manager, follow up regulatory issues that apply to product range. Profil du candidat : - The successful candidate preferably holds a degree in Veterinary Sciences; - He/she has minimum 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Product Development Manager specifically in Swine applications or other related feed additives or veterinary products; - He/she has a sound understanding of the swine market and comes across as highly credible in this specific market; - He/she has demonstrated communication and persuasion skills and has the ability to maintain contacts with various external and internal parties; - The candidate is proactive and highly autonomous; - He/she is results and detail oriented; - He/she has excellent commercial and interpersonal skills; - Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other European languages is an asset; - The candidate will be located in Brussels and should be willing to travel up to 40%, mainly throughout Europe.
