Description du poste : Sensory Team Leader with strong organizational skills Organization Danone Research - Centre for Specialised Nutrition is a state-of-the-art life sciences innovation centre for the development of new product concepts for Baby Nutrition and Medical Nutrition. We create formulas that provide clinically substantiated health benefits to vulnerable consumers - infants, toddlers, elderly and patients. Our products are marketed under the brand names Nutricia, Milupa, SHS and Blédina, amongst others. Capitalising on our numerous international preclinical and clinical collaborations, we aim to identify new nutritional intervention opportunities and develop innovative product forms. Danone has R&D facilities worldwide, with major centres in The Netherlands (Wageningen, Zoetermeer and Cuijk), France (Palaiseau, Steenvoorde), Germany (Friedrichsdorf) and UK (Liverpool). Location Zoetermeer/Wageningen and from 2012 Utrecht in The Netherlands Job description The main responsibilities of the Sensory Team Leader are: - Organizing, executing and managing sensory (evaluation) facilities, panel leaders (3 direct reports) and projects of medical and baby food using internal and external panels - Overall management (maintenance and upkeep) of the sensory facility and panel leaders (line management) - Overall coordination of panel execution, data acquisition, analysis and results of projects executed with elderly - Developing and establishing new sensory and consumer research methodologies, analyzing & interpreting data, reporting - Writing and updating of processes and procedures (work instructions and work aids) relating to sensory facilities - Presenting results (reports) in multidisciplinary project teams to colleagues from Research, Product Development, Marketing and Operations - Close cooperation with product & other sensory scientists at several locations - Communication with our external agency which facilitates expert panel sessions and consumer work Competencies Team player with strong organizational skills, leadership, social-minded enthusiastic, self motivated, independent, pro-active, result driven and creative Engagement 40 hours per week Offer We offer you a challenging job in an innovative multinational company, with all career prospects, training and personal development, with an open and dynamic atmosphere.
